Precision CNC Turning Services of Aerospace Components

Accurate Threaded Products provides precision CNC turning services to customers in the aerospace, defense, power generation, and commercial manufacturing industries. Turning capabilities include OD and ID grooving, contour turning, taper turning, form turning, and straight turning. Internal or external threads can be milled in standard or proprietary thread patterns. Additional machining capabilities include drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping. We can machine a number of metals including steels, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as exotic high strength alloys.

Components can range in size from .062" to 8" in diameter and .190" to 24" in length. We specialize in tight tolerance work, holding tolerances as tight as ±0.0005", and even ± 0.0002" in some cases. Our CNC lathes are equipped with bar feed capability for high capacity production of custom fittings, fasteners, shafts, spindles, and other precision machinery components.

Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C certified and all parts conform to applicable ASTM, AS, ASME, and Mil-Spec standards. In addition to CNC machining services, assembly, bending, etching, and passivating services are available. We have established relationships with many vendors to offer outside services including heat treating, grinding, plating, shot peening, and other finishing services that carry the desired industry quality certifications.
